Anne Knudsen has more than 25 years of experience as an executive recruiter, specializing in Commercial Construction and Real Estate Development throughout the Mid‑Atlantic. She brings deep industry knowledge, long‑standing relationships, and a hands‑on, results‑driven approach to every search.
Anne began her career in retail management before transitioning into executive search with the national firm S.R. Clarke, where she built expertise recruiting for Commercial Construction and Real Estate Development organizations. She later held a senior talent acquisition role with M.C. Dean, one of the nation’s largest Electrical contractors, where she delivered successful recruiting outcomes over several years.
Anne later contracted with Kerns & Associates, continuing to partner with leading Commercial Construction and Real Estate Development organizations across the Mid‑Atlantic.
In 2018, Anne co‑founded ARK Recruiting Solutions with her longtime partner to deliver a more personalized, relationship‑focused executive search experience.
